This product is a high-strength engineering plastic inspection well step, specially designed for underground wells (such as sewage wells, rainwater wells, cable wells, fire protection wells, etc.), to solve the climbing safety problem for personnel when entering the well for work.
Structural design: One-piece molding, the tread surface is equipped with anti-slip texture (increasing friction and preventing slipping when stepping), both ends are equipped with threaded screws (compatible with the reserved holes on the well wall, easy to install).
Material characteristics: Made of ABS / composite engineering plastic, resistant to acid and alkali, moisture-proof, anti-aging, suitable for the complex corrosive environment inside the well.

Installing Elite's PP-coated steel manhole steps is quick and straightforward, requiring only basic tools:
Drill two 25 mm diameter holes using a masonry drill bit. Ensure the holes are parallel, 330 mm apart and 70 mm deep.
Drive the step evenly into the holes using a sledgehammer. Do not strike the center of the step to avoid damaging the coating.
Verify that the step protrudes exactly 15 cm from the wall surface.
Use a level to check and adjust the step's angle for proper alignment.

All of our products have good quality. Each casting is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness tester, and tensile strength machine.

For mold: 50% pay in advance, remaining pay after sample approval
Products: 30% pay in advance, 70% against copy of bill of lading OR 100% L/C
