FRP Watertight Manhole Cover

Elite’s watertight FRP manhole cover system is engineered to achieve complete sealing performance against both surface water and gas leakage. It is widely used in drainage networks, underground utilities, and sensitive environments such as water treatment plants, tunnels, and fuel stations.

The product structure integrates a precision-molded rubber gasket between the frame and the cover, ensuring airtight and watertight sealing even under pressure. Optional double sealing layers can be applied for high-demand applications. The cover is molded from corrosion-resistant fiberglass composite, ensuring that it remains leakproof even after years of operation.

The non-metallic material prevents spark generation, making it safe for installation in flammable or explosive environments. Each watertight cover is load-tested according to EN124 standards (available in B125, C250, and D400 classes).
