Elite
Elite SMC composite manhole cover is manufactured from fiberglass reinforced SMC material through high-temperature compression molding. It is developed as a durable alternative to conventional cast iron and ductile iron manhole covers for modern infrastructure projects.
The combination of fiberglass reinforcement and thermosetting resin provides excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability and resistance to corrosion. Unlike traditional metal covers, the non-metallic structure has no significant scrap value, helping reduce theft risks in public infrastructure.
The lightweight construction also makes transportation, handling and installation easier, while the molded anti-slip surface provides improved safety for pedestrians and vehicles. The cover can be supplied in different sizes and load classes for municipal roads, drainage systems, residential areas and utility networks.
