All composite manhole covers are securely packed with wooden pallets and plastic film to ensure safe transportation. Each cover and frame set is carefully wrapped to prevent scratches or damage during shipment. We use standard export packaging suitable for sea, land, and air transportation. Before delivery, all products are inspected and labeled for easy identification and unloading.Our logistics team ensures timely shipment and provides tracking information for every order.
1.Do you support customization? Can I have my logo on the product?
Yes, we provide both ODM&OEM service, if you need customized service, you should only provide the product drawings and show us the detailed request.
2.How about the payment?
Generally, 30% deposite T/T before production ,70% balance before shippment.
3.How can you guarantee the quality of mass production?
Before mass production, we can send sample to comfirm first. During the production, we have QC to make sure every process is under controled. And the final inspection before shipment. The testing video would be sent before shipment.
4.How long is your delivery time?
Owning a 150,000 square meter plant and over 500 employees, generally a regular 20ft order would be delivered within 15 days.
5.How long it will be taken to develop a new molding according to the drawings?
Generally speaking, it would within 20-30 days.
