Product Overview
Elite heavy-duty SMC manhole cover is developed for applications exposed to demanding vehicle loads and challenging outdoor conditions. The product uses reinforced fiberglass and high-performance SMC resin to create a rigid composite structure through compression molding.
The D400 configuration is designed for heavy traffic environments, while lighter load classifications are also available for other installation conditions. In addition to mechanical strength, the composite material provides corrosion protection and reduces the risk of theft compared with conventional metal products.
Its lightweight characteristics can also improve handling efficiency during installation and maintenance, making it a practical solution for large-scale infrastructure projects.
